Australia: $15 flat rate for any order under $100.
For orders over $100, shipping is free.

Hong Kong: Shipping is free

Rest of the World: $25 per bottle. If you would like to purchase 6 or more wines, please contact info@auldfamilywines.com for a personalised quote.

returns policy

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, as highlighted below.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your wines within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please email info@auldfamilywines.com to initiate the returns process.

Any unopened wine must be returned in original condition.  For each wine you would like to return, you will need to select the item, a reason for return, and whether you’ve opened the bottle.

Once you’ve submitted your return request, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your return details. Our carrier will contact you within two (2) business days to arrange collection. If possible, please use the original packaging.

Once we receive the item(s) we’ll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.
